Asphalion is growing and we are looking for an administrative – customer service to join our Corporate Unit! Someone who loves to take new challenges, to work in an international environment and who wants to grow with us!
Main responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support across teams, including document preparation, data entry, and filing.
- Answer incoming phone calls in a polite and efficient manner.
- Deal with queries and provide information about the company, services or products.
- Assist in the coordination of meetings, appointments, and internal communications to ensure efficient workflow.
- Handle day-to-day requests and issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution with a proactive mindset.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- High level of written and spoken English (C1)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Customer service-oriented attitude.
- Friendly, approachable, and positive personality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Barcelona based – Availability to work in our Barcelona – Sants offices
