What will you do?

·project management

·standardization, desgin metrics and KPIs to monitor and control project execution and processes compliance

·build, update, distribute and present recurring reports with the necessary metrics and KPI to track the milestones defined within each project.

·project planning

·process mapping.

·extract the necessary reports and data to track the progress of the projects from Jira and Confluence.

·technical tracking of the projects with meeting with Technical Managers, Project Managers and Product Managers.

·cost tracking of the projects with concepts of CAPEX/OPEX and man-hour costs.

What are we looking for?

·project management skills.

·knowledge of standardization, metrics and KPIs definition to monitor and control project execution and processes compliance.

·build, update, distribute and present recurring reports with the necessary metrics and KPI to track the milestones defined within each project.

·knowledge and use of excel and if possible Smartsheet, with strong analytics skills.

·knowledge of the waterfall with some experience on engineering and/or construction scheduling.

·knowledge of process mapping.

·fluent English, written and spoken.

·worked both with waterfall and agile.

·knowledge and use of the tools Jira and Confluence and ability to extract the necessary reports and data to track the progress of the projects.

·knowledge of agile framework and Scrum methodology.

·technical tracking of the projects with meeting with Technical Managers, Project Managers and Product Managers.

·cost tracking of the projects with concepts of CAPEX/OPEX and man-hour costs.
