Direction of TechnologyMinimum experience (years)Proven experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining research data management pipelines and infrastructures, with a solid understanding of storage systems and interoperability frameworks.Proven ability to coordinate institutional programs, manage staff and resources, and engage effectively with interdisciplinary research teams.Familiarity with APIs, workflow integration, and the implementation of best practices for FAIR and Open Science.Education and field of expertisePhD in Bioinformatics, Computer Science, Data Science, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Technical skillsStrong understanding of research data management pipelines, including data capture, processing, storage, and sharing workflows.Knowledge of metadata standards, ontologies, and interoperability frameworks relevant to biomedical research.Familiarity with APIs and workflow integration, enabling connection between institutional systems and external research infrastructures.Understanding of FAIR data principles, Open Science practices, and compliance with data governance and security requirements.Advanced level of English.
