The Project Coordinator (PC) is responsible for the day-to-day operations of GenAI and LLM projects, supporting the Project Manager (PM) in ensuring smooth execution. The PC serves as the primary point of contact for Project Associates (PAs) and crowd resources, facilitating project communication and issue resolution at the resource level. This entry-level position plays a key role in project execution by compiling reports, tracking productivity, and ensuring process adherence.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Compile daily production reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for assigned projects.
• Maintain timekeeping records for project resources and ensure accurate reporting.
• Communicate project details, training materials, and task instructions to Project Associates and crowd resources.
• Address project-related issues at the resource level and escalate concerns as necessary.
• Assist in updating Lean documentation to ensure process consistency and efficiency.
• Collaborate with other Project Coordinators, Project Managers, and Senior Program Managers to ensure smooth workflow coverage.
• Respond to project ambiguities, changes, and updates from PMs and/or SPMs in a timely manner.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and streamline workflow.
• Perform end-of-day (EOD) reporting to facilitate seamless handoffs across shifts.
• Meet or exceed all daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs related to project execution.
• Support ad hoc project-related tasks as required.

Educational and Technical Requirements

• College/University degree in Business Management, Project Management, Language Studies, Computer Science, Data, AI or a related field.
• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• General knowledge of online communication and collaboration platforms.

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with occasional overtime if necessary.
