🌍 In 2025, DEKRA celebrates its 100th anniversary — a century of commitment to creating a safer world. As we mark this important milestone, we continue to grow with purpose and are looking for a strategic leader to join us on this journey.


🚀 We are currently seeking a Regional Vice President, Marketing & Sales (m/f/d) – SEMEA (Southern Europe, Middle East & Africa) to drive our commercial and marketing strategy across this diverse and dynamic region. This is a key leadership role with high visibility and impact, contributing directly to DEKRA’s global growth.

✨ Role Overview:


As Regional Vice President, Marketing & Sales (m/f/d) – SEMEA, you will lead the strategic development and execution of sales and marketing activities across Southern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This role is crucial to DEKRA’s mission to ensure safety, sustainability, and operational excellence in industries ranging from automotive and manufacturing to infrastructure, digital solutions, and occupational health & safety.

You will drive profitable growth through an integrated commercial approach, overseeing regional sales performance, client acquisition and retention, go-to-market strategies, brand positioning, and cross-border synergies. The ideal candidate combines deep knowledge of the TIC industry with a strong business development mindset and a passion for enabling safe and sustainable progress.



📜 Key Responsibilities:


  • Define and implement the regional sales and marketing strategy in alignment with DEKRA’s global vision, sustainability targets, and service portfolio priorities.
  • Lead commercial teams across SEMEA to meet or exceed revenue and margin goals in both traditional (e.g. vehicle inspections, product certification) and emerging services (e.g. cybersecurity, ESG auditing, AI testing).
  • Drive customer-centric growth by strengthening key account management and deepening strategic partnerships with OEMs, governments, industrial clients, and multinational corporations.
  • Collaborate with global service lines and operational teams to deploy unified go-to-market campaigns, especially for cross-border or multi-service solutions.
  • Develop region-specific marketing strategies, including digital lead generation, thought leadership, and sector-focused positioning (e.g. automotive, renewable energy, smart infrastructure).
  • Ensure full alignment of commercial activity with compliance standards, ESG principles, and DEKRA’s brand promise of safety, reliability, and integrity.
  • Monitor market dynamics, competitor activities, and regulatory trends across the SEMEA region to anticipate opportunities and risks.
