Paraguas Group is the leading Luxury & Fine Dining Group in Spain and is preparing for a phase of accelerated growth with exciting and ambitious projects in Spain, as well as international expansion in key areas such as London and Dubai.

With this in mind, Paraguas Group is looking for a passionate, dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing & Communications who will define, lead and implement the strategy of each restaurant within the Group, both in Spain and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead on relevant content creation, including videos, photos, and the appropriate use of these across social channels, websites and press purposes.
• Manage external agencies.
• Build and manage a strong team of marketing personnel.
• Oversee CRM and data management.
• Community management and engagement across social channels, e-marketing and websites.
• Handle day to day marketing requests and actions that might arise.
• VIP customer engagement in relevant and appropriate ways.
• Propose innovative and unique ideas for our restaurants to stand out.
• Set short, medium and long-term objectives, as well as the necessary actions to achieve them.
• Monitor and report periodic results to senior management.
• Manage corporate communications both internal and external.
• Event programming for future projects.
• Ensure the high standards of quality of Paraguas Group as an Operational Quality and Customer Experience Expert.

Qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Extension experience in a Marketing and Communications role, preferably in hospitality or fine dining sector.
• Sound understanding of restaurants, hotels and ideally members clubs.
• Strong luxury brand experience.
• International experience also preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Spanish).
