We’re looking for a warm, proactive, and highly communicative individual to join our team as a Community Experience Coordinator.

In this role, you’ll be the heartbeat of our community — welcoming new members, supporting their journey, and becoming the go-to person for engagement, events, and everyday experiences. This is more than just front-of-house — you’ll be shaping what community feels like.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome & Onboarding

• Lead the check-in process and create a welcoming experience for new members
• Activate each member’s journey by enrolling them in our community program and answering their initial questions

Community Engagement

• Manage our community chat and group conversations
• Share weekly/monthly events, drive engagement, and boost participation
• Build relationships with members online and in person

Events & Club Support

• Support pass sales and promote our community club
• Collaborate with marketing to communicate and host events
• Help organise external partner activities

Customer Support & Representation

• Be the main point of contact for all community-related questions
• Provide thoughtful, case-by-case support
• Represent our brand values across every interaction

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Warm, confident, and approachable personality
• Experience in customer-facing, community, or hospitality roles
• Highly organised, adaptable, and tech-comfortable
• Available for flexible working hours including evenings/weekends
• Proficient English + other languages is a plus.

Schedule: 5 days/week with 2 days off (some shifts may include evenings/weekends)

Salary: €18,000–€20,000 gross/year depending on experience
