About the job:
We are looking for an Admissions Officer for our Barcelona campus.
Reporting to the Head of Admissions, working closely with the Academic and Recruitment departments, you will give support the student and counselling team with the Accommodation, Visa and TIE/NIE process during the application process and the student´s arrival.
You will occasionally participate in all the administrative processes related with the student’s application process.
You’ll also be responsible for:
- Helping students with VISA, Resident permits (TIE, NIE) and TIE renewal.
- Offering students Lawyers´ contact details for legal assistance.
- Helping Students in finding accommodation.
- Updating and helping to coordinate all published information relating to Admissions.
- Signing partnership with accommodations agencies and residencies.
- Updating EU website (Accommodation, Visa, TIE, NIE).
- Participating in Agents meetings and Open days.
- Organize and participate in the pre-arrival webinars for the new students.
- Active follow up on the new students´ pre-arrival process, visa process, arrival to campus and TIE / NIE Residence permit process.
- Following up the late arrivals of new students.
- Monitoring applications as the admissions cycle progresses.
- Maintaining accuracy of the database, CRM.
- Up to date admissions lists when enrolling/changing intake/cancelling students.
- Following up with the conditional offers and missing documents.
- Other new tasks of the Admissions Services department
Occasionally:
- Preparing documents for the provisional and/or final acceptance.
- Applications review during the application process.
- Updating all the information regarding payment.
- Participate as a Staff in EU events assisting other departments when needed.
- Other tasks to assist the Admissions Application department.
About you:
You’ll need to show customer service skills, to be a team worker, good communicator, organized and methodical.
In this varied role, you’ll work with teams across the business school, so you’ll have to enjoy working in an international environment and show the ability to cope well with changing priorities and a varied workload.
You’ll also need:
- A bachelor’s degree.
- Work experience in customer service is a plus.
- Knowledge in Immigration and visa procedures. To be a lawyer is a plus.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish; other languages are a plus.

- A permanent contract.
- 36 hours per week schedule, Monday to Friday, on our Barcelona campus.
