As the Front Desk Receptionist, you’ll be the face of our international school, welcoming students from around the globe, supporting faculty and staff, and creating a professional yet warm atmosphere every single day. You’ll be the calm in the chaos, the one who knows what’s going on, and the person everyone trusts to greet, guide, and help with a smile.

Your day will include more than answering phones and booking meeting rooms. You’ll handle day-to-day administrative support, help with logistics, and make sure things run smoothly at the front of the house. You’ll coordinate with different departments, keep the space presentable, and ensure everyone — from first-time visitors to long-time staff — feels like they’re in good hands.

We’re looking for someone who’s organized, confident, and naturally service-minded. You don’t need to know everything, but you do need to be resourceful, detail-oriented, and ready to represent the values of EU Business School. You should be fluent in English, comfortable with Microsoft Office, and bring a presentable, professional attitude to work every day. Any additional languages? That’s a bonus in our multicultural environment.
