Responsible for coordinating Programs, taking leadership and assuming responsibility for ensuring that assigned programs run smoothly and are planned in a timely and consistent manner, serving as the main contact person for program participants.

Tasks:
- Assist with planning, delivery and post-delivery program follow-up.
- Work with the academic director and program director to create the agenda.
- Coordinate and organize all program logistics.
- Monitor program budget, expenditure, billing, receipts and forecasts.
- Resolve participants’ issues and respond to inquiries from leads, participants, faculty and visitors over the phone and in person.
Education And Experience
- University degree or equivalent preferred, plus experience in an office environment.
- Strong computer skills. Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).

- Willingness to learn
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, meeting deadlines and anticipating needs; positive service attitude.
- Proactive with good attitudes (when performing tasks and when interacting with people)

- Attention to details: the candidate must have the necessary characteristics and style of working related to an Institution where search for excellence and customer centric are very important and differentiating elements
- Excellent interpersonal oral and written communication
- Some programs and events might require working overtime which will be compensated (overtime hours will be recovered in other moments of the year).
- Some travel required.
