Customer Services is a key unit within the company and within the Professional Services Department. Its purpose is to support our merchants in their projects and successes throughout their lifecycle at Lengow. This is achieved through various services such as catalog audits, training, and project management. In this sense, the Customer Services team plays a significant role in merchant retention and churn prevention.
Purpose of the job:
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be part of the Professional Services team, training and supporting our merchants or internal teams to achieve a smooth and successful onboarding. Your role is to help them get the most out of our solutions by delivering high-quality services, sharing expertise, and guiding them throughout their lifecycle with Lengow. You will work closely with colleagues and other departments, always keeping merchant satisfaction and success at the center of your mission.
⌨️ Your main tasks would be as follows :
- Deliver client services such as audits, training sessions, training webinars, create tutorial videos for our e-learning academy, support, and distribution flow setup, ensuring each step runs smoothly
- Train Lengow newcomers on our suite of solutions (adapted to their position), to make them operational and successful in their mission as smoothly as possible
- Answer merchants' questions, follow up on their requests, and escalate technical issues to the relevant teams when needed
- Support merchants for autonomous usage, ensuring they gain value quickly
- Provide personalized follow-up to maximize customer satisfaction and adoption of Lengow solutions
- Share feedback and knowledge with internal teams to improve our services and support continuous learning
- Contribute to the visibility and value of Professional Services by showcasing the expertise of our specialists
- Phone call with Alexandre (Talent Acquisition Manager) - First exchange to get to know each other and understand your motivations
- Video interview with Stephanie (Direct Manager) - Deep dive into your experience and the role
- Role play with Stephanie and Anna (CCO) - A practical case to see how you would approach real-life situations with our merchants
- Reference check & Offer letter - Final step before welcoming you to Lengow!
🏹 We are looking for someone with the following experiences and skills:
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal), as you will interact with teams, C-levels, and customers
- English (must-have) + fluency in French and Spanish
- Technical curiosity and logical thinking to understand the operational side of the business and support the team when needed
- A caring, positive, and open-minded attitude, attentive to the needs of both clients and colleagues across departments
- High adaptability in a dynamic environment, with the ability to bounce back and explore solutions quickly
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate, identify, and define needs and propose solutions
- Knowledge of the e-commerce sector is a strong plus
