We are currently looking to hire a regional Financial controller for our autologistics Services division based in Barcelona.

Key Responsabilities

Financial Management – RORO

• Control and record accounting operations related to RORO activity (revenues, operating costs, invoicing).
• Preparation of monthly closings and account reconciliations.
• Monitoring financial KPIs and analyzing variances.
  
  

Internal Control

• Implementation and supervision of internal policies and procedures.
• Implementation of ICFR.
• Review of processes to ensure compliance with ICFR and internal regulations.
• Identification of financial risks and proposal of corrective measures.
  
  

Reporting and Analysis

• Preparation of financial reports for local and corporate management.
• Support in internal and external audits.
• Collaboration in budgeting and forecasting.
• Process Optimization
• Propose improvements in financial systems and workflows.
• Coordinate with operations and administration teams to ensure data integrity.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• Experience: 3 years in finance and internal control functions, preferably in logistics or industrial environments. Big 4 audit experience highly valued.
• English (Mandatory – C1 level) and Spanish (Mandatory – C1 level)
