B2B Sales Lead – Data & Rural Land
At Orygen we are unlocking the potential of rural land through data.
We help banks, servicers, funds and any entity dealing with land understand the value and potential of their assets through data-driven analysis.
We are growing, and we are looking for someone who wants to take ownership of B2B revenue and build a serious sales engine with us.
What you will do
- Own the full B2B sales cycle (prospecting → demo → proposal → negotiation → close)
- Help refine our ICP and commercial positioning
- Build and manage a structured pipeline in CRM
- Drive conversations with banks, servicers, funds and corporates
- Push deals forward with clear next steps and follow-ups
- Work directly with founders to shape the sales strategy
This is not a “meeting booking” role.
You are responsible for finding, moving deals forward and closing.
Who this is for
- You have 2-4 experience closing mid-ticket B2B deals
- You have experience in Real Estate or Banking
- You like building processes and strategies where there aren't any yet
- You are comfortable selling to senior stakeholders
- You don’t wait for perfect conditions — you create momentum
- You follow up systematically (without being reminded)
- You can understand and explain data-driven products
You enjoy ambiguity.
You don’t need everything done for you.

Requirements:
- Spanish (C2/native-level proficiency required for client interactions)
- Fluent in English
- Degree homologated in Spain
- Based in Madrid area (hybrid);
