All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

TRAINNING PATH

You will learn how Financial operations work in a multinational company, with focus on Accounts Payable, getting to understand how the entire process work, from the order to the payment. You will meet people from all the company, especially Marketing and Sales, who will be your main stakeholders. You will learn about Finance systems such as SAP, CPM and other local applications on the Accounts Payable area. You will collaborate with the rest of the team in Finance in the Month End Closing and other ongoing activities within the department If you want to expand your knowledge, there is also the possibility to learn within the Accounts Receivable area, including elements such as: management of CPM charge inboxes, processing of charges received in SAP, submitting them for approval, and deleting them if they are offset (operation credit), reconciliation of vendor and customer accounts, support to departments, issue resolution, and handling of inquiries and assistance to the finance team during audit phases.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

• Students or University Graduates who have been studying disciplines related to ADE for a maximum of 2 years.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Team player, ability to deal with big amounts of documents in peak periods, analytical skills.
• Possibility of an internship agreement with the University, business school or similar.
• 6 months of internships extendable to 1 year
