This is a full-time on-site role for a Hospitality Operations Manager located in Oeiras. The Hospitality Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure high service standards, and optimize efficiency in all areas. Responsibilities include coordinating with the culinary team, managing budgets, scheduling, training staff, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The Manager will also work closely with clients to tailor experiences and maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
