Your Mission 🚀

We're looking for someone organized, proactive, and with an eye for crafting unforgettable experiences.

As an Event Planner, you'll shape our projects from the very first interaction: interpreting client needs, sourcing the perfect destinations, engaging suppliers, and designing irresistible proposals that make teams want to pack their bags.

One day you might be planning an incentive trip for 60 people in Italy. The next, curating a strategic retreat for a scale-up in a hidden finca in Girona. If that sounds like your dream job, keep reading.

What You'll Do ✨

Client Management

Analyze briefs and deeply understand each client's needs: trip goals, budget, duration, number of participants, etc.

Join initial client meetings and contribute ideas from the start.

Proposal Design

Research and select destinations, hotels, and unique experiences that match each brief.

Contact venues and providers (hotels, local experiences, team-building activities) and request quotes.

Negotiate rates, conditions, and value-adds with suppliers, always aiming for the best quality-price ratio.

Time & Priority Management

Manage your schedule and keep deadlines under control like a pro.

Ensure all proposals are delivered on time, beautifully presented, and error-free.

Proposal Presentation & Sales Support

Create compelling proposals that win clients over visually and conceptually.

Join client presentation meetings to walk them through every detail of the experience.

Internal Coordination

Share client feedback to continuously improve our processes and offerings.

Requirements 🎯

• Previous experience in event organization or similar roles managing corporate travel and accommodation.
• Working knowledge of the hospitality sector in Spain, Portugal and Italy.
• Demonstrable fluency in Spanish and English (C1 preferred).
• Solid command of Excel (comfortable with formulas) and Canva.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously without losing focus or precision.
• Excellent communication and people skills for working with both clients and vendors.
• Valid driver's license (not required)
• Experience with public/private tenders is a plus.
