Job description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join the team as a Contract Management, Billing, and Invoicing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of contract billing and invoicing, ensuring systematic and correct configuration of contracts with clients, and serving as the focal point in sales-related activities. Additionally, you will be tasked with accurate management of data in CRM and SAP, validation of sales/finance information, creation of contracts in SAP, and maintenance of master data.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage contract billing and invoicing processes, including cost per test, rental fees, maintenance charges, reagent costs, and other applicable fees. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of invoicing to clients.
  2. Guarantee systematic and correct configuration of contracts with clients, adhering to agreed-upon terms and conditions. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  3. Serve as the primary point of contact for sales teams regarding contract-related inquiries and issues. Collaborate closely with sales representatives to address client needs and concerns.
  4. Ensure accurate management and addition of all contract-related data in CRM and SAP systems. Validate and verify sales/finance information and create contracts in SAP, attaching all supporting documentation.
  5. Validate master data and ensure its good maintenance and storage in SAP, with particular focus on data changes and accessions. Perform regular sanity checks to maintain data integrity.
  6. Manage the installation, uninstallation, and "virtual movements" of associated technical objects related to contracts. Coordinate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of services.
  7. Keep changes in contracts updated according to client activity, ensuring that all amendments are accurately reflected in contract terms and conditions.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in contract management, billing, and invoicing.
  • Strong understanding of CRM and SAP systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to contract management and billing.
