Description
Are you passionate about data analysis and want to play a major role on improving our product portfolio? Then join us as a Product Data Analyst! Data is at the heart of everything we do, and we're looking for a candidate to level up our product development with bold data analysis and game-changing insights.
You will be working with a seasoned, multi-cultural team of highly motivated Data Engineers, DataOps, Data Scientists and Data Analysts spread across Europe. Your challenge will be to support our business needs in a fast-changing environment and help AirHelp reach the next level of data maturity.
You will work closely with the product team on developing relevant data models and generating valuable insights to boost our product portfolio. You will also be in charge of conducting advanced analyses and developing appealing visualizations, dashboards, and storytelling for relevant business stakeholders in the area.
What you’ll do:
- Own end-to-end analytical process in the product development cycle, from ideation and opportunity sizing to post-launch impact analyses and monitoring.
- Build strong relationships with product managers and development teams, acting as a proactive, strategic link between data, engineering, and the business.
- Develop and maintain scalable and self-service visualization tools and storytelling dashboards to monitor relevant metrics.
- Translate product questions and hypotheses into deep dive analysis and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with data science projects development through exploration analysis, proof of concepts ML models and experimentation.

- Proven experience in a data analyst role working with large datasets.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Experience with commercial BI tools (Periscope, Looker, Tableau or others).
- Experience with dbt data modeling framework.
- Strong problem solving skills and a demonstrated ability to tell stories with data.
- High attention to detail and ability to effectively manage multiple projects at a time, successfully able to meet deadlines.
- Proactive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
