THE ROLE

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Merchandising Junior to support our

merchandising team. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on

experience in the fashion industry and learn about fashion merchandising, inventory

management, and retail operations.

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Analyze product data to identify patterns and make recommendations of short-term actions to maximize sales and minimize inventory.
• Contribute to the preparation of sales reports and presentations.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in replenishment planning between warehouse and POS.
• Assist in the planning and execution of merchandising strategies and new product launches.
• Help maintain accurate records of product information.
• Participate in market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Support in the setup and maintenance of in-store displays and merchandising layouts.

• Previous work experience in a fast paced-environment is highly valued.
• Degree and/or Master in Business, Marketing, or Fashion Management.
• Strong personal interest in fashion and retail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
