✍️WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️

• Proven expertise in Power BI with a strong portfolio of complex dashboards (minimum 3 years’ experience preferred).
• Extensive experience with data modeling, DAX, SQL, and integrating multiple data sources.
• Exceptional analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a distributed, multi-geographical team environment.
• Experience working in Agile teams.

• Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports, integrating data from various sources (e.g., ServiceNow, SAP Solution Manager).
• Translate complex business requirements into clear visualizations that provide real-time insights into projects, change, and release management.
• Optimize data models and ensure data accuracy and consistency across multiple sources.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and other PMO specialists to troubleshoot data issues and enhance dashboard performance.
• Identify opportunities for automation and improvements in reporting processes within the PMO framework.
• Document data flows and maintain clear reporting processes for transparency and ongoing optimization.
• Work as an integral part of the PMO team, ensuring that all reporting initiatives align with overall PMO strategy and help drive actionable insights for project governance.
