Garage Tech Academy is a dynamic career discovery and innovation hub for teenagers aged 13–20. We help young people explore their talents, build future-ready skills, and connect with the real world of technology, design, entrepreneurship, and AI. Through startup-style camps, hackathons, and online sprints, participants learn by creating and launching projects like coding games, AI tools, and more. We partner with schools, tech companies, coworking hubs, and universities to run seasonal camps, corporate internships, and talent programs for Gen Z. Our mission is to make career discovery exciting and accessible, empowering every teenager to thrive.


Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager based in Barcelona, with some work from home being acceptable. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, managing client relationships, developing sales strategies, and setting and achieving sales targets. Additional duties include preparing sales reports, collaborating with internal teams, and participating in marketing activities to drive brand awareness.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales and client relationship management
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, English and Spanish
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Experience in the education or technology sector is a plus
  • Student or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strives for excellence and builds long-term relationships with clients, team members, and partners
