Maicell is also developing its platform and proposition in areas related to AI-enabled integration, with emphasis on governance, observability, and controlled adoption.

Position Summary

The Junior Integration Consultant supports the design, development, testing, maintenance, and documentation of integration solutions for customers and partners. The role works closely with experienced consultants, developers, and customer stakeholders to deliver reliable and scalable integration solutions using the ConnectPlaza platform.

This position is intended as a growth role for candidates at the beginning of their career in software integration, middleware, automation, and connected business systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design and development of integration solutions using the ConnectPlaza platform
• Assist in connecting ERP, CRM, e-commerce, logistics, and other business systems
• Maintain and support existing integration solutions
• Support testing, troubleshooting, and optimisation of integration flows
• Prepare and maintain documentation for technical deliverables and configurations
• Collaborate with consultants, developers, and customer teams during project delivery
• Contribute to customer and partner implementations
• Track time and project-related activities accurately in internal systems

Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Java or JavaScript
• Basic understanding of software integration concepts and patterns
• Familiarity with XML and JSON
• Basic understanding of REST APIs
• Good English communication skills
• Willingness to learn new technologies and expand technical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to cloud and on-premise environments
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux-based platforms
• Internship, academic, or project experience in APIs, middleware, automation, or systems integration
• Interest in modern developer productivity tools, including AI-assisted tools where appropriate
