🤓 ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:

The position of Global Communication and Marketing Trainee reports to the Global MarCom Director & Own Media and Content Specialist. The position’s main objective will support the work of the Own Media area, creating content, managing own and 3rd parties channels, and organizing PR actions addressed to assure best results in our community relations in aligment with stakeholder’s relations area.

🚀 ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Support the execution of the company’s Communications and Marketing Plan.
• Support of the company’s online branding.
• Create and publish all communications and marketing material in line with Comms and Marketing plans.
• Implement promotional campaigns, measuring results.
• Support the corporate identity in all departments.
• Review the content of the communications proposals before delivery.
• Collaborate on the creation of messages and content for MEDSIR social media.
• Working closely with vendor and creative partners.
• Review and updates of MEDSIR’s webpages.
• Support online global marketing strategy, inbound marketing, Social Media Marketing (SMM), SEM, SEO, email marketing, etc.
• Create content for all social media platforms, checking the impact of our posts and reporting results on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Copywriting for newsletters, SEO, SEM campaigns, content for the websites and press operations.
• Using your creativity in writing, image designs in order to reach the attention of our target group/clients.
• Generation of graphic content and advertising material that can be used in different media (presentations, online/offline materials, social networks, etc.).
• Designing infographics, posters, and other graphic resources to be used by the marketing department in congresses, webinars, commercial presentations, brochures, catalogs, website, etc.
• Design and edition of corporate and commercial presentations through PowerPoint.
• Preparation of storyboards, recording and editing videos and interviews/reportages (highly value).
• Spread the word on social networks.
• Maintain public corporation profiles on Internet.
• Interact on Internet as corporation.

• Studies in a related field. Bachelor's degree in marketing and communication highly valued.
• A specific training course related to Marketing or Digital Marketing (highly valued).
