The EMEA BI Project Manager will create the whole BI project for EMEA team helped by the BI HQ team.

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, clean, and analyze data to identify trends and insights. Create and maintain dashboards and reports for business stakeholders.
• Data Visualization: Design clear and visually compelling reports using different BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Quick BI) or Excel, sometimes from different data sources.
• Business Strategy Support: Work with teams to identify opportunities for improvements and growth. Provide Ad hoc reports when needed and present insights to leadership to guide decision-making.
• Database Management: Assist with database and data warehousing solutions, ensuring data accuracy.
• Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs and provide recommendations to optimize business performance.
• Trend Identification & Forecasting: Use analytics to forecast trends and stay updated with industry changes

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

The EMEA BI Project Manager should have:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in BI or a similar role.
• Proficiency with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) and SQL.
• Expert user of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to present data insights clearly to non-technical teams.
• Ability to collect, document, and analyze business requirements from various stakeholders.
• Being flexible in responding to changing business requirements or shifting project goals.
