At Novakid, we are on a mission to build the world’s best online education platform for children. With over 100,000 students and 4,000 teachers, Novakid is already one of the most popular language learning platforms for children aged 4–12 across Europe and Asia.
We are hiring a Brand Director to define, protect, and elevate the Novakid brand globally.
This role owns how Novakid shows up in the world, across brand narrative, campaigns, content, PR, and long-term brand assets. You will ensure that everything we communicate feels consistent, distinctive, emotionally resonant, and culturally relevant for parents.

To make Novakid distinctively known and emotionally preferredby parents, not just recognised as an English learning product, but as a trusted, modern, culturally relevant brand for families.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for managing Brand & Campaigns Lead, Creative Studio, Head of SMM, PR Lead, SEO Lead, ORM Manager.
Brand Strategy & Narrative
- Define and evolve Novakid’s global brand positioning, narrative, and tone of voice
- Translate business strategy into a clear, compelling brand direction
- Ensure the brand has a strong point of view and cultural relevance across markets
- Guard long-term brand consistency while allowing creative experimentation
Brand Campaigns & Creative Direction
- Own the global brand campaign roadmap (always-on + hero moments)
- Partner closely with Creative Studio, SMM, PR, SEO and external agencies
- Set the creative bar: ensure campaigns are emotionally strong, distinctive, and high-quality
- Approve key brand concepts, storylines, and creative directions
Branded Content & Entertainment
- Oversee Novakid’s branded entertainment initiatives (e.g. long-form YouTube formats, challenges, Originals)
- Ensure these initiatives reinforce brand meaning without becoming promotional
- Work closely with creative producers to ensure format ideas align with brand ambition
Cross-Team Orchestration
- Act as the central brand authority across:
- Creative Studio
- Social Media Marketing
- PR & Communications
- SEO (brand demand & narrative consistency)
- Align teams around a shared brand vision and priorities
- Provide clear briefs, guardrails, and feedback loops
Brand Health & Impact
- Define how brand success is measured (awareness, consideration, preference, trust)
- Track and interpret brand signals (organic brand search, sentiment, engagement quality)
- Use insights to refine brand strategy and creative direction
Must-Have Qualities
- Strong strategic thinking combined with sharp creative judgment
- Deep understanding of how brands are built through storytelling, not just media spend
- Ability to evaluate creative work instinctively and give precise, actionable feedback
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and shaping new brand initiatives from scratch
- Strong collaborator who can influence without micromanaging
- High emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity (parent audience)
Requirements
- Senior experience in brand, communications, or creative leadership (agency or in-house)
- Proven track record of leading impactful brand campaigns or brand platforms
- Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams (creative, PR, social, content)
- Excellent communication and briefing skills
- Fluent English (C1+)
- Experience working across multiple markets (TR experience is a plus)
