About The Role
Main responsibilities
Digital Transformation Communications Leadership
- Serve as the primary communications lead within the Change Management value stream while driving transversal communications support across all Transformation value streams (Culture & Engagement, Change, and Organizational Modernization)
- Provide communication strategy, and content creation for critical cross-Digital Transformation initiatives
- Develop impactful, relevant, and engaging multimedia content (videos, webinars, newsletters, visual storytelling assets)
- Connect the dots across initiatives to produce communication pieces that are contextually relevant, aligned with the Digital Transformation narrative, and foster adoption and engagement around main, foundational, messages across various audiences
- Maintain and govern the Transformation Communications Agenda, ensuring alignment of all Transformation initiatives and messaging coherence across the team
- Support the Change Management Product CoE in defining the change management strategy, roadmap, and communication approach to amplify its impact
- In charge of 'Digital Connect', a monthly peer to peer webinar for Digital teams, with around 1,000 people regularly attending
- In charge of the 'Transfo Snack', a monthly 3-min video dedicated to the senior leadership team (100+ pp) to highlight key updates & asks for sponsorship and cascading, while sharing transfo KPIs
- In charge of the Digital SharePoint page updates when relevant
- Remain agile and responsive in managing the communications portfolio — continuously assessing needs across all transformation workstreams and expanding or adapting the channel mix to introduce new formats and platforms as the transformation agenda evolves
- Shape and prepare content related to Transformation topics for Town Halls and other leadership-level engagements
- Participate to the Digital Comms Editorial committee with other Digital teams, under the leadership of the Digital Corp Comms team
- Collaborate to the setting of the Digital Town Hall agenda
- Act as a trusted change partner to leadership teams, translating complex transformation agendas into clear, actionable change journeys
- Partner with workstream leads to embed change management practices within agile delivery models, ensuring transformation initiatives are designed for sustainable adoption
- Apply change management frameworks and methodologies (ADKAR, Kotter, Prosci or equivalent) to assess change impact, readiness, and risk mitigation strategies
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and change readiness assessments to identify resistance points and tailor interventions accordingly
- Monitor and measure change effectiveness through KPIs, feedback loops, and continuous improvement cycles
- Leverage metrics, feedback, and employee insights to identify improvement opportunities and refine future communications
- Follow & share regularly KPIs on comms, audience, satisfaction, and suggest improvements for greater engagement.
- Proven experience in communications, change management, or transformation roles
- Experience working in cross-functional, agile environments with a proactive mindset
- Track record of developing and executing communication strategies for large-scale organizational initiatives
- Strong storytelling and narrative-building abilities
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Ability to connect the dots across multiple initiatives and create coherent messaging
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Familiarity with agile ways of working
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in multimedia content creation (videos, webinars, newsletters, visual assets)
- Experience with SharePoint or similar content management platforms
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Additional languages are a plus
