The Onsite Workplace Specialist is responsible for ensuring seamless, efficient, and engaging workplace experience for employees. This role involves managing office operations, optimizing workplace resources, and providing on-the-ground support to enhance productivity and employee satisfaction.

Role And Responsibilities

• Diagnosis of hardware and software issues at the workstation
• Maintenance of equipment and peripherals
• Installation of equipment, boards, and projectors
• Inventory of equipment in the corporate tool
• System updates and patch management
• Backup and recovery of data
• Configuration and troubleshooting of network connections
• User training and support for software applications
• Monitoring and responding to security incidents
• Daily logging in Device42 and Jira, stock management (receipt,delivery and traceability), equipment incidents support and standard technical support
