About Marketing

About the role
We are looking for a Marketing Trainee to join Vestacy Team, with a strong interest in market analysis, project management and brands performance. This role is ideal for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience supporting strategic marketing decisions in a dynamic environment.
Your responsibilities
- Coordinate all portfolio Innovations & updates.
- Support managing process to launch a product from end-to-end. Be on top of key deadlines throughout the process, be clear on priorities and ensure key stakeholders are also aware (NPI, Factory, Code creation team…),
- Manage artwork process.
- Sell Out analysis for portfolio: Updates of monthly trackers, preliminary monthly analysis for top brands leveraging on Nielsen.
- Media sensitivity analysis: monthly updated leveraging on Nielsen.
- Collaborate in team’s budget control: PO creation
- Coordinate assets creative development with agencies based upon Brand Managers’ brief
- Support in Omni-channel assets development
- Competitive outlook summary (News in the market)
- Masterplan on-going updates
- Ad-hoc requests (data pulling, decks preparation, coms support etc)
- Brand websites: update and maintenance
The experience we are looking for
- Educated to minimum bachelor degree level (completion or near completion) in a business related subject.
- English: Advanced / fluent (written, oral and spoken)
- Excel: Advanced
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail is critical.
- Confidence, maturity, tenacity
- Passion to understand consumer products and the FMCG marketplace
