Role Summary

Are you ready to dive into the world of AI and business transformation? We are looking for a Business Analyst Intern who is passionate about data-driven decisions and process optimisation. This remote role will allow you to work closely with our team to help design AI solutions and assist in creating actionable insights that drive business improvement. This internship is open to candidates based in Madrid or anywhere in Spain.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
• Support the design and optimisation of automated workflows and AI-driven solutions.
• Contribute to the development of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and user stories.
• Assist in the implementation of AI tools, ensuring business requirements are met and exceeded.
• Help create performance metrics and track improvements to support client success.
• Conduct data analysis to uncover trends and opportunities for process enhancement.
• Prepare compelling presentations and reports to communicate findings to clients and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Business, Data Science, IT, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for automation and AI technologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• A self-starter, capable of working independently and taking initiative.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Confluence.
• Experience with basic data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, or similar).
• Interest or experience in AI, automation tools, or machine learning applications.

Location: Remote (Madrid, Spain)

Type: Internship (2-month programme)

Compensation: £15 per hour (paid internship)

Schedule: 30 hours per week, flexible Mon–Fri
