Role Overview

We’re looking for a talented LinkedIn Ghostwriter to help B2B founders and executives share their expertise through impactful content that builds authority and drives engagement.

You’ll work closely with our Content Strategists, who handle the research, client communication, and positioning. Your mission will be to transform their insights and voice guides into scroll-stopping, high-quality LinkedIn posts that sound authentic, sharp, and clear.

This is a writing-first role focused on clarity, tone, and consistency — perfect for someone who loves storytelling and can adapt their style to different voices.


Responsibilities

  • Write 3–5 LinkedIn posts per week across multiple client accounts.
  • Turn structured briefs, voice notes, or outlines into engaging content that fits each client’s tone.
  • Apply proven content frameworks (educational, storytelling, opinion-based, etc.) to ensure performance.
  • Edit and refine copy based on strategist feedback and client notes.
  • Maintain high quality, grammar, and coherence in every post delivered.
  • Collaborate asynchronously with the content and strategy teams through Slack, Notion, and Loom.
  • Meet deadlines and maintain clear communication on task progress.


Qualifications

  • Excellent writing and editing skills in English.
  • Strong command of tone, flow, and structure — you know how to make text feel natural and human.
  • Ability to adapt your writing style to different voices and industries.
  • Comfortable working with structured briefs and feedback loops.
  • Detail-oriented and organized; you deliver clean, ready-to-publish copy.
  • Experience writing for LinkedIn or other social platforms.


Bonus Points

  • Familiarity with B2B, SaaS, or sales-related content.
  • Understanding of how LinkedIn algorithms and post formats work.
  • Experience working with ghostwriting or content agencies.
  • Curiosity for GTM, growth, and business topics.
