The Role:
Are you an experienced Broadcast professional with a passion for football, looking for a new challenge in a high-profile role? As a Senior Broadcast Coordinator at DAZN, you’ll be part of the revolutionary sports streaming service and rights holder of LaLiga, as well as a wide portfolio of other sports!

In this exciting position, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of our live football coverage as well as supporting other sports rights and productions within the Resources team.

This role will ensure that every production is delivered on budget, on time, and meets DAZN’s highest standards. With events taking place across different cities in Spain, we are looking for a candidate with proven experience working on live events in multiple locations, who also possesses exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills to manage requests from federations, host broadcasters, third-party providers, and internal stakeholders.

The Senior Broadcast Coordinator will be required to travel to venues across Spain to provide on-site production support when needed.

This role will be based in our Madrid office.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Oversee all domestic travel logistics and accommodation for staff and crew travelling to LaLiga games across Spain, in line with production budgets and company policy.
• Act as the main point of contact with LaLiga partners to ensure all accreditations, facilities, and permissions are managed for on-site productions.
• Liaise with facilities providers to guarantee consistent services, accurate Health & Safety documentation, and well-structured call sheets.
• Collaborate with the Head of Resources and Finance team to create and implement production budgets for both live and non-live football content.
• Ensure that contracts are in place and payments to freelancers and suppliers are made according to DAZN’s payment terms.
• Coordinate staff and freelance crew for on-site and remote productions as well as shows produced from our Madrid facilities, working closely with third-party providers.
• Work with DAZN operations and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of all broadcasts to DAZN platforms.
  
  
  

What You'll Bring:

• A passion for football with strong drive, determination, and work ethic.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and navigate the complexity of a sports calendar.
• Excellent budgeting skills and experience managing and reporting on production budgets.
• Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, providing the right level of support throughout the production process.
• Ability to perform under pressure while guiding and advising colleagues and external partners to meet delivery standards.
• Strong Excel skills and a solid knowledge of budget documentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a plus.
• Experience line-managing and developing staff and freelancers within a production environment.
• Broad knowledge and interest in sports, with a focus on football within Spain.
• Understanding of technical workflows and broadcast delivery requirements.
• High emotional intelligence with a diplomatic and positive approach to challenges.
