The Junior Help Desk in IT will be responsible for providing first-level technical support to internal users while contributing to development projects and continuous improvement within the IT department.

Education and Experience
Main Responsibilities:
- Address and resolve technical issues for users
- Document solutions and maintain the knowledge base
- Participate in internal software development projects
- Collaborate on the automation of IT processes
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of systems
Education and Experience
- Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field
- Basic experience in technical support (0-2 years)
- Knowledge of programming (preferably in Python)
- Understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
- Knowledge of networks and communication protocols
- Familiarity with databases and basic SQL
- Experience using ticketing systems and incident management
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt
- Customer service orientation
- Teamwork skills
- Initiative and proactivity
