We are an independent Mergers & Acquisitions boutique in Las Palmas, focused on small & mid-cap transactions across Europe.

We help business owners and investors buy, sell, and structure companies, with a focus on maximizing value and strategic fit.

We are looking for a full-time Business Development professional to lead deal origination and support negotiation efforts:

Key Responsibilities:

• 🔎 Identify, screen, and qualify potential acquisition targets or sellers
• 📞 Direct outreach to CEOs, founders, and investors
• 📁 Assist in preparing teasers, Information Memorandums, and pitch materials
• 📊 Perform preliminary financial and strategic analyses
• 🤝 Support negotiation processes and deal follow-ups
• 📈 Build and manage a pipeline of prospective deals

You will work closely with partners and gain hands-on experience in live M&A transactions.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering)
• Strong commercial & networking skills
