isardSAT develops engineering and scientific projects and is recognized as one of the leading companies in remote sensing and a preferred partner in Earth Observation research.
isardSAT is headquartered in Barcelona, where it shares offices with its spin-off, Lobelia, and also has a subsidiary (isardSAT UK) in Guildford.
Lobelia Earth was founded in **** and is a pioneer in the use of Earth observation satellites to address the climate emergency.
It develops and operates services to study the state of Earth's resources and provides key data for adaptation and mitigation measures against the climate crisis.
The hired person will work in the administrative department of the isardSAT group, meaning they will work in the central administration department for all three companies (isardSAT CAT, isardSAT UK, and Lobelia Earth).
The selected candidate will join the General Administration team (HR, finance, accounting, procurement), which is responsible, among other tasks, for:
Financial monitoring and justification of projects.
Preparation and submission of proposals.
Planning and implementation of the company's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
Welcome training for new employees.
Management of occupational risk prevention.
Collection, maintenance, and organization of administrative and technical documentation.
Internal office management (meeting rooms, supplies, purchases, etc.).
Organization of meetings, seminars, and trips.
Management of various communications and organization of logistical tasks.
Support in administrative procedures required for regulatory compliance.
Requirements
Academic background: Bachelor's/Diploma in Business Administration or similar fields.
Previous experience: Valuable but not essential.
Proficiency in common office tools: Word, Excel, etc.
Languages
Catalan: C1
French (valuable but not essential)
