General Description
The mission of the position is to perform a dual set of functions over the course of two years.
During The First Year
- Assist in the implementation plan to drive the LATAM roadmap for the division, including governance and execution plan, cross-functional business partners
- Develop streamlined reporting tools, tracking, and verification processes as needed. Monitor and tracking of progress in partnership with project support representatives to track collective KPIs and progress
- Environmental & Market Research. Provide ad-hoc research, data collection, information synthesis, and consumer insights data to inform decisions
- Monthly meeting support and analysis drafting, e.g., PowerPoint briefing decks and research memos on environmental sustainability topics

Required Experience And Knowledge
- Recent graduate from a Bachelor’s or Master program, ideally pursuing a degree in one of the following areas, Supply Chain Management, Sustainability & CSR, Sustainable Development, Business, Finance or Marketing.
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Previous internship or professional experience in Marketing, Trade, or Digital (ideally in FMCG, Healthcare, or Beauty industries).
- An experience in Sustainability & CSR or Sustainable Development will be a big plus
- Quick learning and problem-solving are a must, as well as interest in a broad range of sustainability topics
- Highly organized, reliable, and self-starting with strong project management skills
- Able to multitask, analyze, and solve complex issues
- English is mandatory and Spanish Will be a plus
- 1 month Hotel at your arrival, time for you to find an apartment
