General Description

The mission of the position is to perform a dual set of functions over the course of two years.

During The First Year

• Assist in the implementation plan to drive the LATAM roadmap for the division, including governance and execution plan, cross-functional business partners
• Develop streamlined reporting tools, tracking, and verification processes as needed. Monitor and tracking of progress in partnership with project support representatives to track collective KPIs and progress
• Environmental & Market Research. Provide ad-hoc research, data collection, information synthesis, and consumer insights data to inform decisions
• Monthly meeting support and analysis drafting, e.g., PowerPoint briefing decks and research memos on environmental sustainability topics
  
  

During The Second Year

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in various initiatives. This role is perfect for an enthusiastic individual looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include assisting with content creation, social media management, email campaigns, event coordination, and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of marketing activities. Required Experience And Knowledge

• Recent graduate from a Bachelor’s or Master program, ideally pursuing a degree in one of the following areas, Supply Chain Management, Sustainability & CSR, Sustainable Development, Business, Finance or Marketing.
• Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Previous internship or professional experience in Marketing, Trade, or Digital (ideally in FMCG, Healthcare, or Beauty industries).
• An experience in Sustainability & CSR or Sustainable Development will be a big plus
• Quick learning and problem-solving are a must, as well as interest in a broad range of sustainability topics
• Highly organized, reliable, and self-starting with strong project management skills
• Able to multitask, analyze, and solve complex issues
• English is mandatory and Spanish Will be a plus
