Job Description

You will join our Marketing team and contribute to the development and implementation of growth strategies to support Mantu’s visibility and business development.

Your Missions

• Contribute to the global development of the Growth Marketing strategy in synergy with the Sales teams, in order to maximize opportunities and business alignment
• Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns: targeting, scraping, data enrichment, copywriting, launch, and reporting
• Design and maintain automation workflows to strengthen Marketing & Sales efficiency
• Ensure reliable data and structure processes to optimize collaboration with the Sales department
• Conduct proactive technological monitoring to identify the best innovation opportunities
  
  
  

Your Profile

• Currently enrolled in a higher education program (Marketing, Sales, or Business-related field), seeking an internship
• Experience in Growth, Lead Generation, or Marketing (internship or work-study) is highly desirable
• Fluent in English & French
• Passion for exploring new tools and technologies, especially no-code solutions, automation, AI, and copywriting
• Knowledge in Python is a plus
• Strong analytical mindset, data-driven decision-making, and reporting expertise
• Business-oriented, technically curious, and eager to learn
• Mastering generative AI such as ChatGPT for improving day-to-day productivity
