In this role, you will be an integral part of our team, providing outstanding support and services to our Icelandic-speaking clients. - Communicate effectively with Icelandic-speaking clients, addressing inquiries and providing top-notch assistance through various channels such as phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with product information, account management, and troubleshooting, ensuring a seamless customer experience
- Document client interactions in our CRM system, maintaining accurate records for follow-up and reporting purposes
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service offerings based on client feedback and market insights
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices to offer informed and professional support to clients
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions aimed at improving overall customer satisfaction
- Fluency in Icelandic (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is also required
- Prior experience in customer service, support or a related field is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with clients
- Problem-solving mindset and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer applications
- A positive attitude and willingness to adapt to a new cultural environment
- A keen interest in relocating to Bulgaria and embracing a new lifestyle
