We are seeking motivated professionals fluent in Spanish to join our team, with the incredible benefit of fully paid relocation. - Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat to provide exceptional service
- Assist clients by addressing inquiries, providing accurate information, and resolving concerns promptly
- Manage administrative tasks associated with client interactions, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and industry trends to provide informed support
- Prepare reports and documentation to track client feedback and performance indicators
- Fluent Spanish speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in English is an advantage
- Previous experience in customer service, administration, or related roles is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with CRM software and standard office applications
- Positive attitude, proactive approach, and a strong commitment to high-quality customer service
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria with full relocation support provided
