As a Head of Data Engineer, you will have the following responsibililties:

· Lead the Data & Analytics platform efforts collaborating with Data Scientists and Engineers to deliver a reliable and scalable analytics solutions

· Frame and evolve the data strategy, architecture, governance and infrastructure

· Model the enterprise & external data catering to the evolving needs of growth stage enterprise

· Design & build frameworks including but not limited to ingestion, processing, observability

· Collaborate with Business teams and Customers in designing and developing the scalable features on the Data & Analytics platform

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

A successful Head of Data Engineer should have:



· Demonstrated experience as a Lead Data Engineer preferably in one or more of Lending, Banking, Insurance, Retail domains (10 - 15 years experience)

· Deep understanding of technology fundamentals and experience with languages like Python, Java and experience with SQL, NO SQL, File System data stores

· Demonstrated experience in design and development of big data solutions involving distributed storage, map reduce and familiarity with DataOps, MLOps

· Commendable skills in building data products, by integrating large sets of data from multiple internal and external sources would be highly critical

· A nuanced understanding of code quality, maintainability and practices like Test Driven Development

· Ability to deliver an application end to end; having an opinion on how your code should be built, packaged and deployed using CI/CD

· Understanding of Cloud platforms, DevOps, GitOps, Containerisation
