Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the entire product deployment and operation lifecycle, designing CI/CD pipelines and managing infrastructure as code (IaC) for both cloud and on-prem environments.
- Ensure adherence to security and sovereignty standards, maintaining the structural integrity of the given solution.
- Develop and maintain robust and scalable operational stacks tailored to AI/ML and Generative AI/LLM model needs, leveraging OpenShift and Podman.
- Design and implement monitoring strategies, logging, and alerting systems to ensure quality, reliability, and security of product deployments.
- Translate business needs into operational requirements, fostering a collaborative environment that values security and sovereignty.
- Mentor team members, conduct code and infrastructure reviews, and guide the team on best practices.
