The context:

With our recent $70M Series B funding from Lightspeed Venture Partners, Naboo is scaling globally. We are the ultimate "One-Stop-Shop" for corporate events, seminars, and offsites.

Until now, we have mastered the venues, the activities, and the ground experience. But getting hundreds of employees from their homes to the event venue requires seamless, stress-free flight logistics. We are now strengthening this piece of the puzzle in-house.

We are looking for someone who understands the Travel industry and tools to help us execute client bookings internally.

This role is the opportunity to take part in the creation from scratch of a fully fledged travel agency, with a fast growing IA-driven international scale-up.

Your responsibilities:

• Gather client Air & Train travel needs and requirements

• Execute individual and group booking requests

• Manage individual travelers' requests (customized routes, booking options...)

• Contribute to the development of in-house processes and tools

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance and Product teams
