The Position

What do we offer?

To be part of a new cohort of the Roche-CEU San Pablo postgraduate degree as an expert in the Pharmaceutical Industry. 11 months of internships at Roche where you will participate in challenging projects and benefit from pioneering postgraduate training in the market about the pharmaceutical industry.

You will have the opportunity to get on the job training by working on key projects with your designated department from Monday to Thursday and attend in person postgraduate classes at the university on Friday.

Our main location is Madrid, we are open to applications from all over Spain but relocation will be needed as part of the program expectations. Office attendance is expected (with some flexbility) to enjoy the connection to our colleagues, network and get exposure.

Last but not least, you will have mentorship by a Roche tutor who will give you continuous feedback to develop your professional skills. The mentors for the program are Roche's senior and experienced young talent development professionals.

Purpose of this internship?

The purpose of this internship is to support our Data & Analytics team in one of the highest impact projects at Roche Spain. By joining our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in transforming us into a more data-driven company. You will help implement new analysis models, KPIs, and metrics that will drive our business forward. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work on impactful projects, learn from experienced professionals, and significantly contribute to our team's success.

What are the main responsibilities of a Data & Analytics Intern?

• Omnichannel Analysis: Help us implement a new model to analyze customer interactions through our Customer360 platform. You will work on analyzing data, creating mock-ups, and developing training materials to help different teams use the new analysis
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Assist in setting up important KPIs for different areas in our reporting landscape. This includes sales reports, interactions, and product-specific reports. You will also create training materials to teach others how to use these KPIs effectively
• Regional and Account Plans: Improve an existing dashboard used to analyze account data. You will gather feedback from users, especially superusers, and make the necessary improvements to make the dashboard more useful and efficient
  
  

What are we looking for in this position?

• Recent graduates or university students who will obtain their degree in the summer, in the areas of statistics, engineering, data&analytics schools or master degrees (e.g. ISDI)
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Technical Skills:
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel or Google Sheets
• Knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights
• Strong communication skills to explain results clearly and work well with different teams
• A curious attitude and eagerness to explore new trends
• Effective teamwork and the ability to collaborate with others
• Flexibility to learn and adapt to new tools and methods
• We want proactive and curious candidates that are willing to learn and grow by challenging the status quo.
• We are looking for flexible talents that adapt to changes and are willing to collaborate with teams in a network organization.
• Advanced level of communication in English and Spanish
• Desirable to have international experience as a student or working abroad
• Passion for improving the lives of patients and motivation to give the best of yourself in an innovative and challenging environment
• Commitment to dedicate yourself full time to the program from September 2025 to August 2026
