Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Barcelona for an International Booking Manager. The International Booking Manager will oversee and manage booking operations for corporate clients and business travelers worldwide. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients to fulfill their housing needs, managing reservations through Apartool’s platform, and ensuring a smooth booking process. The role also involves liaising with property providers, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining excellent service standards to provide a seamless experience for clients.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in booking management, client coordination, and logistics planning
• Experience in customer relations, problem-solving, and conflict resolution
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication skills with a global clientele
• Familiarity with corporate travel or hospitality industry is advantageous
• Fluency in English, Italian and additional languages (e.g., Spanish, French, or German) is highly desirable
• Proficiency in using booking platforms and international payment systems is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred
