JUNIOR SUPPLY PLANNER

We are looking for a Supply Planner to join our Supply Chain team in Bolton Food based in Grove, Spain.

How You Make The Difference

The person will be responsible for supporting the Supply team in managing production planning for the two plants in Grove and Cabo de Cruz, providing key input to ensure that product quantities align with the expected stock levels.

How Your Agenda Looks Like

• Creation of monthly and weekly production plans for finished products in relation to forecast and stock level, taking into consideration charges and volumes optimization;
• Capacity and Inventory Planning for production lines and finished products;
• KPIs analysis in order to check and be compliant with S&OP Bolton’s process, implementing, whenever it’s possible, new reporting dashboards/tools in order to support the team;
• Carrying out specific analyses to validate plans feasibility in a medium and long term period;
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including demand planning, production,logistics and procurement, to ensure effective coordination and communication
• Supporting crisis mitigation and issue resolution regarding supply chain shortfalls;
• Identifying and proposing enhancement actions to his/her manager, according to a continuous improvement approach, evaluating their feasibility.

How You Look Like

• Master’s degree in Engineering or Economics;
• Previous experience in Supply Planning and Material Replenishment within FMCG companies is preferable;
• Good knowledge of IT systems such as Suite OFFICE MS Excel, Office; SAP knowledge will be considered a plus;
• Proficiency in written and spoken Spanish and English;
• Strong analytical skills and ability to plan his/her own work according to priorities and urgencies;
• Able to collect and critically interpret data and numbers to ensure a strong focus on continuous improvement and excellence in execution;
• A proactive and fast learner keen to evolve, challenging himself/herself daily in order to reach excellence and focus on customers and stakeholders satisfaction;
• A fully accountable and people-oriented team player able to instill trust and build meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
• A dynamic and flexible professional capable to adapt swiftly and manage a fast moving and demanding environment;
