Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead a critical data center migration and cloud
implementation project. The role involves managing cross-border infrastructure transformation from data centers in
France to modern cloud-based systems. The successful candidate will bring strong leadership, organizational, and
supplier management skills, with proven success in similar cloud migration and infrastructure delivery projects
within the insurance or technology sectors.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the end-to-end migration of data centers in France to cloud-based infrastructure.
• Coordinate with international teams, technical staff, and third-party vendors.
• Manage timelines, resources, budgets, and risks associated with infrastructure transitions.
• Oversee supplier management and ensure smooth collaboration and SLA compliance.
• Drive Agile delivery practices using Jira and Confluence to track and document project progress.
• Act as a bridge between technical and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and outcomes.
• Ensure that all technical and compliance requirements are met during the transition process.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in infrastructure or cloud-related projects.
• Strong experience in data center management and cloud migration.
• Proficient in supplier/vendor relationship management.
• Solid working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Agile project delivery methodologies.
• Fluent in English and French (spoken and written).
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Familiarity with the insurance industry is a strong advantage.

• Hybrid model: 1–2 days onsite per week at Barcelona Sea Towers office; remaining days remote.
