We’re looking for:
A Customer Acquisition & Growth Director - reporting to the CMO - will lead our marketing efforts to attract new patients, mainly through Impress digital channels. This individual will oversee the development and execution of strategies aimed at customer acquisition, retention, loyalty, and overall satisfaction. This role requires strong analytical skills, an innovative approach, and a deep understanding of customer behaviour and trends.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute an effective customer acquisition and growth strategy to drive demand generation and revenue growth.
- Manage a substantial media budget across all Impress countries and optimize allocation across different acquisition channels to maximize ROI.
- Work collaboratively with the broader marketing team to optimize our marketing funnel and to develop effective campaigns that drive business growth.
- Establish clear metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of your strategies, providing regular reports and insights to the leadership team, highlighting performance and opportunities for improvement.
- Build and lead a high-performing team of acquisition and growth professionals.
- Provide clear direction, set performance goals, and provide regular feedback to ensure team members are delivering to their best.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive customer experience throughout all stages of the customer journey.
What you need to be successful:
- Experience in customer acquisition and retention, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful strategies.
- Strong understanding of customer behavior and market trends.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in the healthcare industry, especially in orthodontics, is a plus.
