Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and organised Sales & Marketing Support to join our growing real estate agency. The successful candidate will assist both the sales team and office manager by managing day-to-day office tasks, outbound communications, and providing administrative support. This role is perfect for someone detail-oriented who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and who wants to become part of the success of a very dynamic team


Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as managing and preparing documents, managing listings, and maintaining databases.

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients: answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.

• Handle inquiries from potential clients and route leads to the appropriate sales agents.

• Support the office manager with administrative duties, including scheduling, document filing, and data entry.

• Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring all client interactions and property information are accurately recorded, assisting with updating property listings on websites or platforms.

• Help with marketing tasks such as social media updates, newsletters, and property promotions.

• Support the sales team with post-sale documentation and follow-ups.

• Assist with light bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and processing payments.


Requirements:

• Prior experience in an administrative preferably in real estate.

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication in both Spanish and English.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and experience with CRM systems (real estate-specific CRM experience is a plus).

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Knowledge of the Estepona real estate market is a bonus.

• Basic accounting experience
