Job Mission: Investment Analyst

We are looking to hire an Investment Analyst who combines strong analytical thinking, financial creativity, and commercial proactivity. The mission of this role is:

To conduct rigorous quantitative analysis, identify and present investment opportunities, and contribute innovative solutions in the structuring of real estate transactions focused on next-generation assets.

Key Responsibilities

·       Deep analysis of investment opportunities in PBSA (Purpose Built Student Accommodation), Hotels, Flexliving, BTR, BTS and alternative assets of other sectors.

·       Develop dynamic financial models with multiple scenarios and sensitivities.

·       Conduct market research and gather data to support strategic decision-making.

·       Creatively structure deals, including partnerships, co-investments, and hybrid structures.

·       Participate in due diligence processes (technical, legal, commercial).

·       Prepare executive presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

·       Maintain updated databases of transactions and market activity.

·       Actively support deal origination and maintain contact with potential investors and operators.

Profile Requirements

·       University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or related fields.

·       Postgraduate studies (Master’s, CFA, etc.) are a plus.

·       Advanced Excel skills, database handling, and financial analysis tools.

·       Knowledge of Bloomberg, Morningstar, and similar platforms (optional).

·       High level of English (C1). Additional languages (e.g., German, Italian, Portuguese) are a plus.

·       Understanding of Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) models and complex investment structures.
