Are you an architect, interior designer, or industrial designer with a passion for cutting-edge technology? Leverage your design expertise and customer-facing skills to revolutionize the architectural industry with our innovative AI-powered SaaS platform!

We're seeking a Design Tech Customer Success Manager to support users of our platform in design-related fields. You'll deeply understand the workflows of architects and interior designers, providing high-value engagement and support post-sale. This isn't just about customer satisfaction - it's about empowering them to achieve their design goals with our groundbreaking technology.

This is a remote position operating during APAC business hours.

Responsibilities

  • Be the Trusted Advisor: Understand the day-to-day workflows of architects, interior designers, and industrial designers and provide tailored support.
  • Drive Platform Utilization & Growth: Monitor usage, proactively ensure clients leverage all features, and identify opportunities to increase engagement.
  • Manage Onboarding & Training: Ensure a smooth and successful client transition onto our platform.
  • Become a Product Expert: Master our product offerings and confidently guide customers through current and future capabilities.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Maintain trust and confidence with clients, acting as their main point of contact and ensuring ongoing satisfaction.
  • Be the Voice of the Customer: Collaborate with Operations, Product, and Sales to deeply understand customer needs and ensure our solutions exceed expectations.

Requirements

  • Must be an Architect, Interior Designer, or Industrial Designer.
  • Must have experience using CAD or AutoCAD.
  • Highly Desired: Revit experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience working with global customers.
  • A proactive problem-solver, able to anticipate and effectively address issues.
  • Bonus: Experience at a design-tech or architecture software company (not prop-tech focused).
