Purpose of the role

TP Spain is looking for a Business Comms & Projects Specialist. In this role, your expertise will play a pivotal role in bringing impactful communication initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and different stakeholders, ensuring that our value proposition is conveyed both internally and externally. In addition, your project management skills will be essential to enhance collaboration and accomplish timelines. 

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders to gather relevant information and insights, ensuring that all content is accurate, engaging, and tailored to the needs of our client
• Design and implement strategic communication plans that align with business development goals
• Design internal communication strategies for the employees
• Develop and design decks and materials that align with business objectives and enhance our outreach efforts
• Manage local and global project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that all initiatives are executed on time
• Analyze communication effectiveness and provide recommendations for continuous improvement based on feedback and metrics

• Fluent Spanish (C1) and English (C1) are mandatory
• Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Experience in content development, copywriting, or communications
• Graphic design experience and creative skills 
• Project management skills with the ability to support multiple campaigns and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery while coordinating with different teams and stakeholders
• Client-facing and executive presentation skills 
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Tenure: 6 months in the company

• Full time position (39 hours/week)

• Salary: 25.000€ gross/year
